First Year Internship
For my first year in this Bachelor program, I chose to do a one-month internship with the Conextivity group. I had previously done my observation program in ninth grade in this same company.
My tasks involved exploring the professional environment while assisting my internship supervisor, Mrs. Assourian, with communication and event management within the company.
Discover The Company
The company, located in Saint-Prex, Switzerland, is specialized in the electronics sector, offering « high performance connectivity » solutions. This group consists of two entities: Fischer Connectors and Wearin’. Fischer Connectors focuses on electronics, while Wearin’ creates IoT solutions and establishes technological partnerships to enhance the safety and efficiency of connected humans.
Internal Communication
I collaborated on creating an email signature for all employees in different languages, as well as the creation of a staff directory. Lastly, I designed a document that compile all the archives from 2019.
Event Management
Throughout my internship, I was responsible for managing the inventory of promotional items and was also in charge of proposing new solutions and new goodies intended for the general public. This led to meetings and requests for quotes from suppliers. I was also asked to conduct market research and work on preparing for upcoming trade shows that the brand could participate in.
